Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Are travel expenses included in your packages?
Yes! Travel within Edinburgh is included in all packages.
For locations outside of Edinburgh, I offer bookings on a case-by-case basis. Any additional travel costs will be agreed upon in advance and incorporated into your custom package price.
Please note that I reserve the right to decline enquiries involving locations that are impractical for me to travel to or that are otherwise unsuitable for my schedule and services. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee a booking, and I may decline bookings at my discretion. If I am unable to accept your enquiry, I will let you know as soon as possible.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total package price is required to secure your booking date and time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Please note that bookings are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Yes! I understand that every event and photoshoot is unique. If none of my standard packages suit your needs, please send me an enquiry with details about your event, the type of shots you're looking for, and the amount of photography coverage you require. I would be happy to provide a bespoke package and custom quote tailored to your requirements.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Final edited photographs are typically delivered within 14 days of your photoshoot.
If you require a quicker turnaround time, please let me know when making your enquiry. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee and will be reflected in your custom quote.
